They are used to provide corrections to GNSS/GPS enabling cm accuracy for projects in construction, agriculture, transportation, and a growing number of applications. This accuracy is essential for greater efficiency in the use of the world's resources.Currently more than 3400+ stations are online and visible at https://console.geodnet.com/map We are seeking a highly creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our team. This role offers an opportunity to work on exciting projects and contribute to our brand's visual identity. As a Graphic Designer at Geodnet, you will be responsible for translating ideas and concepts into compelling visual designs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create marketing materials, branding assets, digital graphics, and more. Your creative skills and attention to detail will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand's visual presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Design Creation: Conceptualize, design, and produce a wide range of visual materials,
including but not limited to, website maintenance and creation, marketing collateral,
advertisements, social media graphics, infographics, presentations, and packaging.
Brand Consistency: Ensure that all design work aligns with and reinforces our brand
guidelines, maintaining a consistent and cohesive brand identity across all touchpoints.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and other
teams to understand project objectives and deliver designs that meet business goals.
Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept to
completion, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
Creative Innovation: Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies, and bring
fresh, innovative ideas to the team.
Feedback Incorporation: Receive and incorporate feedback from team members and
stakeholders to refine designs and improve visual communications.
File Management: Organize and maintain digital assets, design files, and project
archives for easy access and retrieval.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work
experience).
Proficient in HTML/CSS
Experience using a content management system (CMS) such as WordPress or other
Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite
(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse
range of design projects.
Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and efficiently, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality designs.
Familiarity with web design, video editing, and animation tools is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Develop and curate high-quality, visually appealing, and engaging
content, including text, images, videos, infographics, and more, tailored for different social
media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).
Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to create a comprehensive social
media content calendar aligned with the company's goals and marketing objectives.
Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, social media best practices, and
emerging platforms to continuously refine our social media strategy.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, track key
performance indicators (KPIs), and provide insights to improve content strategies.
Campaign Management: Assist in the planning and execution of social media advertising
campaigns, contests, and promotions to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement.
Visual Storytelling: Utilize graphic design tools and video editing software to create
captivating visual content that tells our brand's story effectively.
Brand Consistency: Ensure brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all
social media platforms.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Film, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proficient and comfortable with using cameras, drones, filming equipment, and lighting
equipment.
Proven experience as a social media content creator or similar role. Must be able to
demonstrate personal usage of social media platforms.
Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g. Buffer or similar) and analytics
platforms.
Strong copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills.
Excellent knowledge of popular social media platforms and their features.
Experience with graphic design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite,
Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro).
Creative mindset with a passion for staying updated on industry trends.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
